Phase 1 and Phase 2 – 01/27/2020 – 03/06/2020:

Knights Run Eastbound

Crews will begin work on eastbound Knights Run as part of the Harbour Island Force Main Replacement Design Build Project. This initial phase is designed to relocate the force main off Harbour Island. During this phase, crews will be installing the piping to capture the wastewater from the lift station on the island in order to reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island. There are no plans to close Knights Run as crews will shift the traffic to allow for one lane travel in each direction.

Phase 3 – 03/16/2020 – 04/18/2020:

Detour at Southbound Beneficial Bridge Closure Daily 9:00AM to 4:00PM of all southbound lanes. After 4:00PM, one southbound lane will be open. This work is to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 3 – 03/16/2020 – 04/10/2020:

Beneficial Drive from Knights Run to Harbour Place Drive 9:00AM to 4:00PM, each night traffic is down to a one lane detour. This work is to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 3 – 04/13/2020 – 04/18/2020:

Beneficial Drive at Harbour Place Drive Intersection 9:00AM to 4:00PM for crossing detour daily. Each night open to one lane. This work is to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 4 – 04/13/2020 – 05/01/2020:

Beneficial Drive Daily closure for North of Harbour Place Drive. This work is to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 4 – 05/04/2020 – 05/22/2020:

Beneficial Drive lane closure for directional drilling to allow for directional drilling boring bit. Southbound Beneficial down to one lane. This work is to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 5 – 05/22/2020 – 06/12/2020:

Restoration work to be completed by June 12

Beneficial Drive approach and bridge lane closure to one lane to allow for restoration of area at each pit location. This will complete the work to relocate the force main off Harbour Island and reconnect it to the planned construction of a new force main located off the Island.

Phase 1 – 12/17/2018 – 01/06/2019: One west-bound lane open on Channelside between Old Water St and Meridian Ave

Phase 2 – 01/07/2019 – 01/14/2019: Two west-bound lanes open on Channelside Dr between Old Water St and Meridian Ave

Phase 3 – 01/15/2019 – 01/25/2019: Two west-bound lanes & one east-bound lane open on Channelside Dr between Old Water St and Meridian Ave

Tentative Old Water construction schedule: CWS-19-0000052 permit (Old Water St Improvements and Force Main)

Phase 1 – 12/17/2018 ‐ 01/16/2019: Old Water (Franklin to Marriott Entrance)

Phase 2 – 12/17/2018 ‐ 01/16/2019: Old Water (At Florida Intersection – Marriott has access to entrance and exit)

Phase 3 – 02/02/2019 – 02/19/2019: Old Water (Marriott Exit to Marriott Loading Dock)

Phase 4 – 02/19/2019 – 03/15/2019: Old Water (Marriott Loading Dock to Morgan)

Phase 5 – 03/15/2019 – 03/26/2019: Old Water (Morgan Intersection)
